My rebellious phase

Lately , I realized that I was kinda rebellious. For an instance, ever since the robber incident I've been wearing my Levy's canvas shoe to campus and I have no problem with the authority until today when I arrive at my DEAR CAMPUS and the old-grumpy guardman stop me. This time it definitely not about the stupid ID stuff , it's about my shoe. He said I can't come to campus with that shoe. Since I was in a hurry that time, I made up an excuse that my smart shoe is spoiled and I have to wear a canvas shoe. Deep deep inside me, I was like "fuck it! who the hell are you to tell me what to do, even my mom can't tell me what to wear and what not to wear" (duh... It appears that I've been rebellious for the rest of my life). And I don't even plan to change to smart shoe because canvas is more comfortable and I can run better with that on. So, here's my plan, the next time he stopped me for the shoe issue I'm gonna make like several options:

  1. reply " you think formal shoe come in cheap price? If you want to see me wear that formal shoe so bad, give me the damn money so that I can buy the damn shoe and I only want to buy brands like Hush puppies, Lacoste , or Clarks".
  2. reply " even high school student wear these kind of shoe so in other words its a standard shoe to wear and is considered formal"
  3. wear a headset and just pass by like nothing is wrong and as soon as I passed the "border" I'll run for it.
  4. Be like some iranian or kazakhstan arrogant bastard that I saw and treat the guard with no respect at all and no dignity.

It appears like option 4 will not work for me as for my entire life, I have always tried to show respect to the elder ( Linda please don't even doubt me, that's my life principle and I treat it as my privilege  to the elders and if that elder done something  bad to me, I might as well revoked that privilege) and I know that he's got the worst job for that.

Pissed out,

Jensen

PS: please when you put comment, tell me which one is the best option for me.

I would ask you to take 3rd option if the guards have guns... lol.
Hmm, I'd choose 1st option too. Instead of talking, you can rap those sentences. Add a few more brands in the lyrics like, "Tangs and Kickers. 'Cuz ma name is Jensen, yer should get me a Jensen Brown or Jensen Tan!" xD

Hm...option 1...interesting....I might do that on monday if that grumpy old man stop me. To be honest, option 4 seem to be kinda cruel. By doing so, it might scar the old man for the rest of his life. He might actually cry. hohoho

I would say none! Rules are there not to be broken. And this one is just to discipline you, for our own sake. It will be a different case, if they sell shoes for those who do not wear the appropriate formal shoes. (this is what they did with our ID)

In that case, you Still have to come with formal attire and add another plan in your list, go to management and ask them "Why dont you guys change your vission and mission described, coz you guys seems to be out of hand now!!!" (Use the most sarcastic tone that you have)

The point is not to let them catch u with a flaw, but let them catch u with no flaw, and feedback, complain and do whatever you want, as you do nothing wrong.

P.S. why di you need to assure me that you ALWAYS have respect to elderly? '^'

May I give u new option? If the guard is not chinese, said "Lan Tjiau" with a big smile in your face. When he ask you the meaning, just said "I'll obey you handsome"
If the guard is chinese, learn how to say "Lan Tjiau" in other language.
